Yun Huang is a fashion designer and owner of new fashion brand LA POPPY. He graduated from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Merchandising and Management with a concentration in Production Management. He is an award-winning fashion designer, a hard-working person with proven skills in customer service, organizing, and minute attention to detail. Among his fashion design and merchandising credentials are draping, pattern-making, styling, fashion CAD software, retail buying, and store design, among others. He is the recipient of multiple California Fashion Foundation design competition awards in 2017 and 2018. His goal is to become a renowned designer and leader in the fashion world, particularly in sustainability and reuse in the fashion industry. He is currently working to expand the LA POPPY brand, design new styles and garments, and sell in domestic and international markets.
